TURN ON THE SAFETY SWITCH AT THE SIDE BEFORE USE. This device only operates when the button is depressed on the other side. Trigger button on the other side of the handle will electrify all grids immediately. DO NOT TOUCH WIRES WHEN THE ZAPPER IS TURNED ON. After releasing, a small residual charge will be diminished within a second.

The red LED light should go on when the trigger button on the side of the handle is pressed. When this red light indicator dims, the batteries are low and need replacement.

The Electronic Racquet Bug Zapper is ideal for mosquitoes and flies but works well on wasps and other flying pests. Gnats may be too small. Do not go after lady bugs, bumble bees, or dragonflies, they are good for us. Do not forget, dead bugs are RECYCLABLE. ALWAYS TURN OFF THE SAFETY SWITCH AFTER USE.

As bugs are zapped their parts tend to accumulate on the grid. They should be removed by a light non-metal brush or blown out. may also be used. If any type of debris is stuck on the grid, it will cause spark when the button is pushed in. DO NOT SQUEEZE GRIDS TOGETHER. THIS COULD SHORT ZAPPER SYSTEM. DO NOT CLEAN GRID WITH WATER.
